Language Illuminator is a powerful new tool for editing and translating the language resources of Windows applications. It can do this without the original source code or language resource files all you need are the executable files of the distributed application.
Language Illuminator scans the .EXE and extracts the language resources to a database where you can view and edit them. After you have edited or translated the program texts you can then use Language Illuminator to generate a new version of the .EXE file with all texts in the new language.
Or you can generate external resource files for choices of different languages. It's up to you. Very, very simple and accesible!
